Strength and Balance

TTL is now offering Yoga Classes! We have the mats, just bring yourself. Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures is widely practiced for health and relaxation.
This six-week course will introduce you to the world of Yoga and focus on the Sivananda method. The course meets for 40 minutes twice a week. You have the choice among the following morning and evening sessions:
Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 AM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM


COURSE SCHEDULE

WEEK 1:

We will go over orientation, basic positions, yoga massages, side stretches, yoga posture, and balance analysis.

WEEK 2:

Pranayama yoga breath work, yoga sun salutations, and improving your balance.
